Martin, and Bill and Eve Sutherland, Directors and Jane Moffat, Co-ordinator of
the Centre accepted a cheque from Agape Foundation of London president Jim
Swan, Treasurer Gary Alan Price, Past President-former board member Peter
Nixon, and Grants Chairman Jay Campbell. The presentation was made Tuesday,
January 30, 2007 during the noon meal and fellowship.

Norm Aitken, a member of the original Board of Directors and legal advisor to the Agape Foundation of London was presented with a "Bill Brady Stained Glass" to mark his retirement from the board in 2005.

In October 2003 when Founders Bernice and Gordon Hill stepped down from active involvement as Directors of the Agape Foundation of London, they were presented with an original Water Colour. Artist Geoffrey Nixon, then also a Board
member created this painting based on photos of Gord and Bernice as they canoed
on white water. The painting depicts their active life and shows their determination
in facing any challenge.

The SnowStar Institute of Religion is honoured to receive a grant from the Agape
Foundation of London, Ontario, in memory of Reg Hill (who was a SnowStar
member). This grant will be used to establish in London a lead coordinating
committee for the new SACC initiative of the SnowStar Institute. We believe, with
the Agape Foundation's blessing, that the memory of Reg Hill will be well served by
developing a national and international network of SACC communities where
religious exploration, tolerance, and inclusion are celebrated. More information will
be posted about the grant and plans related to the SACC initiative as this develops.
For the moment, SnowStar wishes to thank the Agape Foundation and Reg Hill and
his family for thinking about and caring for the spirit of the SnowStar Institute with
this unique and enabling gift.
